8, weekly, 60 minute sessions

Online in groups of no more than 5

You workout your body, so why not your mind?

If you're physically fit, you can climb steep hills without any problems.  The same goes for mental fitness.

The healthier you're in your mind, the better you're able to cope with life's stresses and challenges. 


Honour yourself by taking the time to build up your mental fitness. 

This course helps you to tap into your inner wisdom and consciously choose how to respond to what's going on around you. 


You will learn to re-wire your brain so you can respond to life's challenges with a positive rather than negative mindset. 

The 8-week mental fitness course is for you if:

You're easily overwhelmed by difficult emotions and feelings (irritability, anxiety, stress and anger). 

You're struggling to cope with challenging work or life situations, (e.g. redundancy, conflict at work or at home, dealing with difficult people).

Your desire to please others stops you from speaking your personal truth, either for fear of rejection or due to putting their needs before yours.  

Your self-worth is entwined with a need to constantly achieve and progress. 

You find yourself procrastinating.  It's hard to focus and finish things.

You feel less than and compare yourself to those around you. 

You're tired of talking therapy,  and want proactive, practical tools that create lasting, sustainable change in your life. 

Together, we'll build your mental fitness by:

Identifying your inner saboteurs and how they affect your life, work and relationships. 

Creating new ways of thinking and behaving to intercept negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours. 

Strengthening your inner 'sage' powers to be calmer, content, more confident, and focused. 

Sharing a simple framework and practical tools to support you on your personal transformation journey.

Strike whilst the New Year iron is hot and create an inspiring vision board!

Harness your masculine and feminine energy.

Gain clarity on what matters to you at a deeply intuitive level.  Then make a plan to achieve your goals, and move forward with commitment and purpose.    


There's plenty of science and research to prove that vision boards work - I've been using them for years with great success!
